Dear Dr. Jo,
Thank you for sharing your story. My story is quite similar as I have struggled with ill health most of my adult life and any doctor I have sought out didn’t have a clue about what was wrong with me. Through my own research I quickly learned that my problem were yeast overgrowth and that following the anti-candida diet may help. It did help but today I often return to my old ways of eating and struggle to live yeast free. I hope that I can get it together soon as I know this diet will help restore my body to health. I am looking forward to trying some of your recipes from this site. Thanks again for sharing your story.
